One owner, several independent boutique hotels in one destination, all chasing the same travelers. We gave each hotel its own lane and ran marketing for the whole portfolio from one plan. In our first nine months, direct website booking revenue rose 29% across three hotels, more than twice the growth of total room revenue.

One owner, several independent boutique hotels, all competing for the same travelers in one destination. The hotels were chasing the same guests and the same search terms, so they were taking business from each other instead of from competitors.
We gave each hotel its own lane (romance and stargazing, extended stays, trail access, groups and pets, post-hike recovery) and rebuilt its copy and positioning around it. A keyword map assigns every search term to one hotel, so the owner never pays for two hotels to bid against each other. We ran SEO, social media with influencers, email and paid search per hotel, with brand defense on every hotel's name, and pulled every property into one reporting view.
In our first nine months, direct website booking revenue rose 29% across three hotels (January to September stays, year over year), more than twice the growth of total room revenue, and the share of room revenue booked on the hotels' own websites rose from 19% to 22%. Paid search returned about 20 times its cost in booking revenue in September, the first month booking tracking was live. Website traffic grew 3 to 4x between peak months, visits from AI assistants such as ChatGPT rose 4.5x, and Instagram interactions grew 6x across three hotels in a single quarter. We started with these hotels in January 2026; March and September are both peak months in this destination, so the website comparisons are season to season.
